Solution: Regularly maintain the damage of the guide plates, repair and adjust them; regularly reinforce the loose guide plate screws, and regularly remove the dirt on the surface of the guide plates. Spray head pipe scratches. Solution: Appropriately increase the support force of the strip in the cleaning section.
Squeeze roller scratches. Remove the dirt on the surface of the roller, adjust the squeeze roller or needle bearing. S roller scratches. Remove the dirt on the surface of the roller, adjust the tension control of the exit looper and the furnace. Curing furnace scratches. Adjust the tension control to control the sag position of the strip.
